A usual week

A productive week of massage, cupping, acupuncture and remedial exercise, I've seen people from everywhere this week, Haydock, Ashton, Newton, Warrington, Preston, Leigh, Wigan, St Helens and i'm sure there are more, i've dealt with Runner, Weight lifters, Footballers, Gym enthusiasts, Boxers and hard working people and not to forget treating myself. I have also been out and about distributing the new leaflets i've had printed, 5500 of them, I don't think i have made a dent in them.

That is Sport & Injury Therapy done for another week, its time to enjoy the weekend with a bit of running and family time.
